Visual Arts Collective (VaC) is Boise’s first multi-disciplinary arts facility and is quickly becoming a popular setting for a multitude of artistic experiences. Regarded for its willingness to exhibit progressive visual artists, to partner with local arts organizations to bring theater, cinema, music and performance art to the community and to take risks, VaC is gaining a reputation as not only being Boise’s first multi-disciplinary arts facility, but also for being an exceptional visual arts gallery and live venue!
VaC is a one-of-a-kind facility for any manner of special event or function and offers a truly unique experience for those interested in making their occasion outstanding! With over 3,500 square feet of open gallery space, VaC is one of the most distinctive facilities in the Boise area and is available for rent on a year-round basis. VaC offers a variety of services to make your event exceptional and successful!

Weekdays (Sunday though Thursday)
- Mornings (7am to 11am): $350.00
- Afternoons (12pm to 4pm): $400.00
- Evenings (4p.m. to 12a.m.): $650.00
- All day rate (10a.m. to 12a.m.): $950.00
Friday and Saturday
- Mornings (7am to 11am): $400.00
- Afternoons (12pm to 4pm): $450.00
- Evenings (4p.m. to 12a.m.): $1200.00
- All day rate (10a.m. to 12a.m.): $1500.00
- 175 – 200 sit-down
- 200 – 250 theater style
- 386 standing only
- 200 – 250 with bistro or cocktail tables
Rates include in-house sound system with CD player, in-house lighting, service bar, basic set-up and standard cleanup. Additional cleaning costs may apply. PA system, sound-technician, theater lighting, disco lighting, lighting-technician, podium(s), tables, including conference, cocktail, bistro, six and eight-top, seating, linens, centerpieces, food and beverage station(s), and servers available at additional costs. Our in-house event planner is available to assist you with customizing your event and is happy to assist you with your needs. In addition to the above, we offer catering, from hors d’oeuvres and canapés to casual or formal sit-down breakfast, lunch or dinner. Payment A non-refundable security deposit of $200 is required at the time the event is booked and is applied to total fees due. Remaining fees are due no later than 30 days prior to the day of the event. Payment, excluding security deposit, is refundable with one-month prior notice. Payment may be made by cashier’s check, cash, Visa or MasterCard.
